- Goods refer to the products offered for sale through the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Green Fin, accessible from www.greenfinworldwide.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Rights
Approved refunds will be initiated and will be credited via the original payment method within 7 business days after your return request is approved and the returned product passes inspection.
The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, who you have appointed, takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have an expired date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
